Able to connect standard FTP, yet...
We were able to connect to the sub folders using another FTP program. I recomended CoffeeCup because it worked in the past and I did not want them to use the other freeware program due to adware. Now, coffeecup is proving me wrong and not working as well as the FileZil** program. I don't know what to tell them. Subfolder rights are drwxrwxrwx. Thank you much.

Is there any particular reason why you have the subfolders wide open? That way they can be prone to any kind of mischief. You are saying 'we' so do you have the permissions pertaining to the 'owner'? Then you should be able to at least limit the writing permissions. If that is not possible, you'll have to contact your host for help.
Ha en riktig god dag!
