When I try to create a new folder in Networksolutions.com shared hosting I get this error “[550] Delete operation failed.” and the folder changes back to a folder named NEW FOLDER after a refresh. When I try to rename it the error is the same. I then login to the same account using WS_FTP and I was able to add a new file.
Why not with, Direct FTP Version, 6.6, Build 1548?

I would like to suggest that you may want to contact our technical support office so that they get your FTP information and run some tests with your account. Simply click on the Get Support Link, login, and finally Ask Us a Question.
