So, on top of all the other problems I'm experiencing with various CC programs, here's the latest error I'm getting, immediately after closing VSD:

Anyone seen this or know how to interpret it?

Typically any memory issues are caused by a bad installation. Have you tried re-installing software.

Also, when was the last time you formatted your computer?

Thanks Scott and Ron. Sorry for the delay in follow-up....Scott: I was afraid to re-install because VSD creates such detailed files/directories for each individual site, so I wanted to make sure none of those files would be affected by doing this and would re-associate properly, upon re-install. I'd literally throw myself off a cliff if I lost all the work I've done so far, not to mention my clients might not be too thrilled! Also, I haven't reformatted in awhile (mainly because I can't afford the time lost to get everything up and running *smoothly* again) but I always defrag, update and security sweep regularly, so I couldn't imagine needing to reformat just to get a particular software to run glitch-free...nothing else I work with gives me issues the way VSD does, unfortunately (or should that be fortunately?) :P.

Ron: I just installed 2 brand-spankin new sticks of Kingston RAM and I'm still getting the same error, so I think it might be VSD, but I'm no expert! The latest memory error/crash is occurring in the exact same spot, every single time...when enabling a specific text box for advanced edit--it crashes without fail.

Soooo....I guess my question would be if it's COMPLETELY safe for me to re-install without compromising any of my existing work?

Thanks again guys.

Somebody may be able to help you if you provide some more information:
What do you mean by "the site crashes"? What exactly happens?
What do you need to do to make it "crash"?
On what kind of computer (customer's and son's) does it crash? (OS, Browser, etc.)
On what kind of computer (your own) does it not crash? (OS, Browser, etc.)

Do you also run registry cleaner such as CC Cleaner or Registry Mechanic? Registry problems can cause errors. I would also try disabling your virus software and see if that helps. Virus software can create MANY MANY different types of errors that you wouldn't expect to be connected to virus software.

Norton used to disable FTP uploads from all my coffee cup cup softwares, and Spyware Doctor COMPLETELY disabled the wireless card on my parents computer. In both cases these problems, which I spent HOURS and HOURS troubleshooting, were solved by uninstalling virus software and changing to a different brand.

The site collapses visitors computers on most browsers. This is an issue for visitors . I can ot have a customer happy if they must tell the world to clean their registry before they visit one site on the web.

I guess my question does it crash on your computer when you select a button or photo?

I personally have no problem but I have seen it on other computers in firefox and IE for sure. How about you?

I can understand your frustration!
But, no matter how hard I try, I have not been able to 'crash' your site. I kept it up for quite a while and clicked through everything that could be clicked, at least once, and looked at all the photos in your galleries... - still no crash!
I was using Chrome 3.0 on XP SP3. If I can just find the time, I'll try it on other browsers also. Do you know if any particular browser is more likely to crash the site than any other?
By the way, I find your site very interesting, with a lot of good information!
It also conveys the message quite well that the people who own and run the business are experienced and know what they're doing!

I had no problems in Firefox or IE7 with your site
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.
