I have put Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit on my PC a couple of times and I keep getting an issue with the properties windows. When I click on the page properties or any of the needed functions the actual window has no scroll bars and it will not allow me to resize the window.

Now I have tried this with my old board and cpu and that is where I found the issue. Since then I upgraded to a new board (windows 7 ready) an AMD X2 5000 chip and a 8300 Nvidia on board graphic.

I uploaded a fresh install of the Visual Site designer and still the same issue.

Any help would be great!
