Earlier I tried to upload new files, but the program got hung up and the slider bar only went halfway. If I tried to cancel, or X out I just got a ding tone. Now all my images are missing from the File folder, and the form files are gone also. Well, not really.... if I climb the tree and look in the folder... the files are there. However, if I ask VSD to insert the form on a page the files are not there. Yes! it's the same folder I keep checking because I can't believe it! So, I redownloaded the form files via FTP, and put them back in the Index web site folder and it seems to work, but again when I go back and look on my hard drive they're not there. Everytime I get one thing fixed something else goes wrong! Can't take much more of this. Grrr! Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi Amy, perhaps close down and restart and see if that helps. If that doesn't work try rebooting the computer. Next I'd try uninstalling, doing a registry clean and reinstalling a fresh copy. If still no luck put in a Support ticket and hopefully tech support can help.
