When Im making the web site in VSD, everything looks good, letters, photos are sharp.
Preview in built in browser, looks the same as in VSD,great.
But soon as I look at it in the default browser or upload it,everything gets streched a little bit and makes the web site bigger than what i made it and doesnt look as good.

Im thinking theres no fix to this,I have try using windows and vista 2 different computers same result.
very disapointed this is happening!!!!
WHY.......

Hiya Mark,

Sounds to me as if you are stretching the images within the program of VSD rather than sizing them outside the program to the size you want them to be first. Do keep in mind that VSD is a website building program and not an image editor and that resizing them within VSD stretches the original photos which may not show you that side effect until you upload or preview it in a browser.

If you don't want the images stretched and awkward looking, then you should edit the images prior to puting them into your site page so you have them the size you need first. There isn't anything in VSD that needs to be fixed for this, it's something that you just need to realize is happening. When you resize an image to be larger, even in a photo editing software, it is going to distort that image. In photo editing programs you can do things to combat that to a degree and that makes them the programs of choice for that. The type of computer you are on won't make any difference for this issue. Just figure out what size you want your images to be, load them up in an image editing software and resize them there. Add them to your VSD page and you should see better results.

Hope that answered your question.
