Weird stuff after upgrading to V6 -...
I have noticed a few issues after upgrading to version 6 now Build 6 and am wondering if anyone else has noticed these.
The main issues I notice at the moment are these 3:
1. A picture image that previosly had rounded edges has no rounded edge in preview or in browsers yet they are clearly rounded in VS Designer. I tried deleting the image and bringing it back in with no luck.
2. Google Gadgets don't appear in the positions where you place them in VSD. They appear vertically offset by many pixels.
3. An image that has been replaced by another image does not go away. The old image still appears after rendering the site.
4. Text that is designed with the "Allow Advanced Text" option still render in some default font on the site. I thought the Advanced Text option was to allow the text to be rendered as an image. I'm confused.
These things are pretty querkey. I hope someone can shed some light.

Re # 1 and 3: Did you empty your browser cache before you previewed with the new pictures?
There was a recent post with similar problems: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/our-des … e-problem/
Re # 4: Yes, the text is supposed to be converted into an image when selecting Advanced text. Did you by any chance forget saving?
If you can't get it to work properly, it would be best to open a support ticket.

Thanks for the reply Inger. I will try separating the images as suggested in the thread. CC needs to fix this tho if it is really a problem. Are there only a few ppl seeing this? Does anybody else see this?
@Inger, the methods in the thread didn't help. Thanks anyway.
Hard to believe there are no other responses on this.
I'll try opening a support ticket I guess.

Mediaman have you tried the upgrade that was just placed available today?
I just did and can have the images with rounded corners, delete and change the only thing I haven't tried was the google stuff, I would suggest trying the updated version that is available. I am on an XP machine though.
