Unless I'm seeing things wrong, I think there's areas on the bottoms of the pages that are supposed to not have backgrounds on them? Looks that way to me anyways. If that's the case then I am not seeing anything wrong with it either. I'm in a hotel right now, slow connection, and although it loads slow it seems to load fine and all the images look like they are there to me.

I can't help with the problem, it looks fine to me on IE7, but I've gotta say that place looks like an awesome spot for a holiday. Pity I live 7500 miles away...
