Why does so many files end up in the VSD files folder so that when I upload my site, it comes out scrambled www.livetruecoaching.com

I had some issues fixed on the pc that the site is built/stored on and now when I edit the site, it looks fine on the browser test but uploads a mess! I deleted all files on the host server and reloaded and it's the same...am I going to have to START ALL OVER AGAIN. this happened a year ago and i trashed the whole thing and started over! maybe I should get a real web site design program and learn the stupid programing language

I hate computers!

In laymans terms :: from another non techy VSD user

Every time you edit and upload, open each page and hit Ctrl & F5 to do a complete refresh

This will not only hopefully get rid of problem, but also show you how slowly, or fast your pages will load the first time your visitors view your site.

Some images could do with reducing in pixls to help the pages load, other than that the site all looks good to me
Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

Perseverance is the answer. VSD is about as easy as it comes to creating web pages. If you have viewing problems, Consider cleaning the computer ie CCleaner, Malewarebytes, Defrag etc.

You would be amazed at the junk that accumulates. Don't throw all the content away save it to a folder. Notice your preview folder and clean that. Save the vnu file and use that to start again. Study the help files and looking at your site you are not that far from finishing.
DON'T GIVE UP you can always do that, that is always an option. If you start fresh take one step at a time and check results check where the files are stored and where the preview files are stored. Know the program.
IF that don't work resort to Impact maintenance, I can certainly help there.
