I want to create a web site that can be accessed off of a shared hard drive not on th internet. Is this possible using Visual Site Designer? If so, how?

I'm guessing that you're talking about a LAN type of situation? If so, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Shouldn't be much different than setting up a LAN to display a set of HTML pages and we did that at my last job. Ended up not using it much, but it was there just the same.
