VSD5.8: How to add an opaque object...

When we create a text box into a VSD page, it always get transparency (we can see the underlaying pictures and objects), that's fine.
But I didn't find how to place a picture (or a button) IN FRONT of the text and MASKING it. At least, the z-index (menu arrange...) seems to be irrelevant for text box objects!
When I change the z-index of the text box in the HTML file, then it is OK! But that is not practically usable: each time we change something in VSD, we have to fix the generated html!
To have opaque pictures or objects would be very interesting when poping-up bubbles or other "mouseover" messages...

Something like this? http://www.coffeecuphelp.com/inger/

This is just a shape which has been created as a mouseover button, with no text on the original and the 'See this?' on the part that you see when the mouse is run over it.

Thanks for your proposal Inger!
But no, it is a little bit more subtile...

see http://www.microch.ch/test/gilles.html in order to have a better idea of what I mean!

I guess you have already tried the Arrange tool that you find under the Object menu?

I'll alert someone else to your problem since I don't know how to solve it.
