Any idea what's going on? Cause I am clueless. I just moved my site over to Yahoo (opened up a merchant account there so I could sell physical and downloadable products), and I cannot upload from VSD, even though the TEST is always successfull.
Now, if I change my username on the ftp configuration page, or change the password, then it comes back with 'username or password is incorrect'. Otherwise, if I leave everything as it is supposed to be according to Yahoo FTP settings, I get the following messages....
All tests....OK.
I was going to copy and paste, but seems you can't do that from the test screen. Anyway, since all those tests were successfull, I go to push the publish button. It does alot of stuff, then opens a page with yellow yeild ! signs on it, and tells me to check the firewall (I have given VSD full access), to check my username and password (did that), and to check passive mode, which is checked. I have tried un-checking it, but it doesn't work either, and I have tried using the alt ft. my hosting provider has given me.
Nothing works, so it says to contact technical support, so I am posting this message. Thanks in advance!
VSD won't upload...even though test...
You'll find the CoffeeCup technical support under Support at the top of this page. This forum is mainly run on a user to user basis. I can't help with your mspecific problem, you have already tried all the things I would have suggested, so you'd better submit a support ticket.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Hiya Carly,
Did you try turning your security off temporarily and then uploading to see if it works? Many times even though we have set it to allow and trust they still don't let things through. Check that and see if it works with it turned off, and then definitely if that still doesn't work put in a ticket as Inger suggested.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
