Hi All,
Once upon a time I had Windows Vista but then I upgraded to Win 7 Pro 64.
VSD seemed to be fine with Vista but the only way I could get it to run under Win 7, was to implement the XP Virtual Machine.
When I made changes to my site using the the new OS, something went wrong with the Sync and I lost the site altogether !
I spoke to my hosting company and then tried just uploading my HTML pages and files to public_html using an FTP client and everything was great
until................................
I set up a completely new page (www.vaccinateyourmate.info/Help7.html) and suddenly, everything turned to a smelly custard.
When I preview the page locally, it's all good and looks exactly as it should with all of the links working etc but when I FTP the page to my site, it's really weird (I have left it in its weird state online so that you can see what I mean)
I have tried different editing ideas including just copying and pasting the code, checking images and trying to build the page from scratch using the file manager on my hosts cpanel etc etc, but still, it won't behave and do what it's supposed to do.
I am the first one to admit that my HTML and Web Design knowledge could be written on the back of a postage stamp with room left over to write my life story so I wouldn't be at all surprised if I have done something really really dumb but I would appreciate any advice that you may be able to offer.
As the website and the awareness campaign "attached" to the site is just a labour of love for me, I can't afford to hire professionals to do the "hard yards" and get things working properly so I'm asking if there are any generous and site savvy people out there that can help, it would be very very much appreciated.
I have also attached a copy of a webpage archive file (???) that I think will show what the page should look like so that you can understand what I'm on about !
I have also attached a copy of the html file that cases me all of the problems as well.
I am really looking forward to any advice or assistance that you can offer.
VSD Weird Problems
The others may a vsd fix for this, but it looks like your image files are renamed by vsd(it does that when you make changes), but has not been uploaded. I would download filezilla - http://filezilla-project.org and manually upload the website. This will probably solve your problem on the server end. I might try to save the vsd file to a different folder or location and then try uploading it.
Hope that helps.

Another option maybe to resync your website, sometimes that helps as well, otherwise I'd do as James says

Hi All,
Thanks for your suggestions...
As suggested, I uploaded the new (updated) files folder and the modified pages and it worked like clockwork !
It would also be great to hear any feedback on the site if you have a chance to check it out !
Cheers
Paul
