I have downloaded the software vsd and was unable to open it. It just gives me a bunch of gibberage. I then decided to download html editor and was advices to download the parallels desktop. I don't want to use the html editor at this time because I am pressed for time.

Do I have to download the parallel desktop again for the vsd. It seems to be the same software so I did not download it.

please help me.
