CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer cannot open and the error message is Visual Site Designer application has stopped.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

If you're using Vista, try right-clicking on the VSD icon and choosing Run as Administrator and see if it runs then. If it loads fine, you can either continue to run it that way, or disable Vista's UAC (User Account Control). Steps to do so are here.

CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer is running now using right click on icon and running as administrator.
