I posted 4-5 weeks ago about page limits of only 500 and someone said the new version would be coming out in a couple of weeks that would allow 5000 pages to be created on a site. I was just wondering when you think the new version will be coming out because I am at a stand still right now.

I know what you mean, there is also a limit to the size graphics can be. VSD does not allow images to exceed 2000 pixels. But about your question, I am sorry but the developers have not released this info yet so no one knows. Honestly, I would guess that THEY don't even know. There are just so many variables at play. I can tell you however, and this is EXTREMELY unofficial, that it will be at LEAST late Jan or early Feb. If you want a better answer email one of the developers and see if they'll talk lol!

If you really need more than 500 pages in a single VSD site (wow), why don't you split it up in different parts, with a "master" site or page to switch from one part to another. I use this technique already when a site grows bigger than 50 pages, and has the added benefit of:

- you can work far more structured (you have to!)
- preview and uploading times are much faster
