This still exists in 5.9.1 and hopefully can be a candidate for fix in 5.9.2:
- set up a link, say use the Page selection and select a NON-home page
- then change the Target selection to something else (say, from Default to New Window) -- watch your Page select get changed back to the home page ... NOT GOOD!
