You won't see the files in your "add files" lists.
You will see them in the "remove files" lists.
You have to remove the files from "remove files" and then go to "add files" and add them in again.
I believe mine got "lost" when I did a resync. I think the 50 files that went missing were all of the ones that were in there before I did my resync. Therefore, I will try never to resync!
Further, it actually was not a problem for me until I changed my url from a test name to a permanent name i.e. from ogiekangoe.com/test to ogiekanogie.com. At that time, the files did not transfer to the new name and I was forced to delete and add them in. Doing that, of course, did away with those 50 annoying notices.
