I downloaded VSD 7 for the free trial. When opened and click on "Create a new website with template". there are no templates in the viewer. They are in a file in VSD on my C Drive. How do I get them to come up in the viewer? Also, Acrobat Reader says there is no help file. Why doesn't it work? Thank you for any information..

Make sure that you are installing Visual Site Designer as an administrative user and not a limited user account. You will also need to make sure your Documents folder is in the default path and not linked to a non C:\ directory location.

As to the PDF, If you are unable to access the PDF by pressing F1, you must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to view it. If for any reason you cannot get to the PDF this way, just go to C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Visual Site Designer\Help.pdf


I would also make sure you are using the latest version of the software (7.0 Build 16). You can verify the version you are running by going into the Help Menu >About
