I've been working on a website for about a week and just today for some unknown reason, when I save the website before uploading it doesn't save all of the required files. For example, default.htm, default.html, index.html, all of the files/penexxx image files are just missing.

I've tried removing (renamed to temp name) the vnu website folder and then did a save. Same thing. The site is created but is missing many files.

Interestingly, the preview function works just fine.

I've gone back 4 hours worth of .vnu source files and all have the same issue... these files used to work and generate the site perfectly.
Up until yesterday, I was running 5.8.

I've uninstalled VSD 5.9.4 and re-installed it.

Was a change in the way default.* is created? do the pene files still exist or is this a result of a version change of VSD and old default.* files still hanging around?

Seems as though if I remove them clear out my cache things seem to work okay.
