VSD - 'Ghost' files and folders -...
When I created our church website (www.firstmbchurch.com), I made it 10 individual websites linked together. I created one of the websites and added some Photo Gallary objects. When it came time to create the second website, I did a SAVE AS and put it int a new folder. Then I went in and renamed, deleted and created based on the section of the overall website.
My problem is that 'ghost' files/folders continue to crop up. I'll delete the Photo Gallery files and folders from the new folder and they will show back up again, albeit as empty folders.
When I upload that website to our server, it gives me a dialog box saying it can't find those Photo Gallery files and asks me if I want to upload anyway. I have to click YES about 25 times before it uploads. The uploading works fine and the website looks fine on the web, but how do I get rid of those 'ghost' entries. I'm guessing it is something in the VNU file that continues to reference those items.

Hi Doug,
Sense you deleted /removed the gallery from your websit, you must also go to settings>remove files > and remove the gallery files from here also because VSD makes a log file of everything and if you just delete an object, it will ask you/tell you it can't find it, so again you must remove it there also.
Good Luck.
