Another thing I'd like to add to my site is one of those "Contact Me" links - when you click the "Contact Me" you get a form to fill out and you click "Send" and I'm notified that I have email. I know I could just put my email address on my site but I don't want just anyone to be able to get access to my email.

If anyone knows how to do this, could you please break it WAY down to me? :) Thanks again!

You can use the Link Properties on an object (i.e. a shape or an image), check the Email button and enter an email address. It will then open the users default email agent in the "Compose" mode with your entered address in the "To" field.

Not the same as a Contact Form. Form that you need to buy the additional software.
I have an inferiority complex - but it is not a very good one.

Yep I'm checking out the form building software now. I still can't figure out how to set it up properly so I'm going to watch the tutorial video again. I'm such an idiot w/all this stuff. But thank goodness VSD is easy to use!
Thanks!

Oh! I just realized - that I'd rather have a contact form where people can't see my actual email address.
Still working on the form builder software....

Thanks!

Amelia,

You don't need to show your email address for the contact form to work.

I suggest you create a form@yourdomain.com email address where all form notifications get sent, and then you can BCC to your email address.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
