Last year or so I had a trial version of VSD 5.3. I made a webpage and tried to upload it- it never worked despite spending a lot of time on the phone with someone at CC. Eventually I gave up and just coded it from scratch with notepad.

For some reason my copy of VSD still works and this week I made another try at it and made a webpage for a friend. Again I tried to upload it didn't work. Tried the free CCFTP program. It didn't work... I tried the Freezilla FTP and the files were transferred to my webhost (earthlink.net) BUT nothing shows up-- I can see the code if I view "source". Any ideas???

I don't think I can upgrade because I never paid for the VSD, but I am getting ready to buy the CC HTML editor... can I run the VSD written files through that?

Thanks

Tammy,

VSD has put everything in 7 images, and those images are not where VSD expects them top be. Try locating the 7 images, and upload them to http://home.earthlink.net/~audubonsprin … /IMG_0.jpg through http://home.earthlink.net/~audubonsprin … /IMG_6.jpg

You can run the VSD files through the HTML editor, but there is really nothing there other than the 7 images.

Wow, this is getting weird and frustrating. I thought I uploaded the correct file but maybe not. Then I tried to upload the missing images, but laded the images that were not renamed by VSD. So I deleted all of the files off of the server, created a "testpage", uploaded it and it sort of worked ( I guess I should have titled it "index", but the important part it was there with the images.) I deleted that one off of the server, then tried to upload the whole webpage titled "muralgallery"- somehow the whole thing is gone from my hard drive. All of the images are there, but not the HTML file. So I guess I have to completely remake the webpage-- so I'll temp put my questions on hold until THAT is done-- be back later-- Thanks!
