I have a website created using Visual Site Designer. I am very happy with every Coffeecup software I have purchased and know that they are great products. Coffeecup Shopping Cart, however, is currently not able to do something that I really need to offer my customers. I offer a service that may be purchased monthly, and I would like for my customers to set up their payment one time and have monthly payments automatically deducted rather than having customers set up payments every month.

Does anyone use a shopping cart that offers the ability to set up automatic payments? I know I may have to redesign my site using a different program, but I really need this feature.

Right now automatic payments are not supported. This will be something included in the Pro version due out this summer.
