I've beeen using VSD for about four months now with great success.
I installed the latest version this evening and I'm having lots of trouble.
I changed the photo, added some text, resized and deleted some existing text and added a new link to my homepage on www.catalinathirty.com.
The only change shown after editing my site was the photograph, no other changes took effect.
The results were the same in preview, the only change was the photograph.
So far I've tried renaming the file that I store my site on and uploading numerous times, cleaning out my temp files, all to no avail...any suggestions?

Sorry, just retried in preview and the updates are showing correctly.
Still not getting results though when uploading my site.

have you tried going to settings, look for Re-sync website, save then upload? might help. if you cleared your temp file and cleared your cache files, try a refresh.

Typically your first update generates the database. Try the re-sync option and see if that helps.

Have you tried deleting your entire Website off the server and then do a re-sync? It sounds like your having issues overwriting content over ftp.

Scott I haven't tried that, will do this evening.
I'm at work now and VSD is on my home PC.
Is the new VSD a little buggy?
Deleting off my server seems a rather cumbersome way to edit my website when I used to do edits weekly with several different versions of VSD and never had a problem until now.

So far no one else is reporting this as an issue. I can't use the word "buggy" because it has been working flawless for quite a few people. As part of the troubleshooting to see what the issue is, the last suggestion helps us figure that out.

Should only take under 30 seconds to delete your Website and re-upload.

I think I may have found the issue. Your hosted on a Windows server. The database we create to store all the info starts with a period (.vsd...) Apparently good old Microsoft can't do that. We will have a fix tomorrow for this.

Scott, thanks again for the reply.
I contacted my web host (Dotster), apparently they were having some tech issues last night and this morning.
Of course I had to wait on hold for twenty minutes to find that out.
So the problem may be at the server end.
I'll try re-uploading tonight and get back to you.
