I accidentally posted this to the end of some other persons issue with a similar thing. I bought one of the Visual Site designer templates to use on my Coffeecup. I downloaded it and tried to install it on my office computer which uses XP, but it froze. I am back at my home office now trying to use it on my Vista, but still no go. Below is what I posted into someone else's inquiry:

So here is my cut and paste

ok, I am back on the computer I plan to use Coffeecup on.
It is coffeecup version 305 on this computer.
My OS is Vista home basic.
This file also did not open on my Windows Xp.
The file which I downloaded is
CoffeeCup_Visual_Site_Designer-I_Do.vsdp

What happens is it locks up the program and nothing will run.
I logged back into coffeecup, thinking that maybe the download didn't complete, but it shows that I have no software. The purchased version only shows up in the receipt.

Any help is appreciated.

You may need to "run as administrator". VSD is particular that way.

Right click on the icon for vsd and select "run as administrator".

See if that fixes the problem.

nope. If I try to launch it, using the vsdp and telling it to open with coffeecup, it gives no option to run as administrator.
I went looking for help on another site and they told me to extract it, but there does not seem to be an extract.

What does it do if you install it through the File Menu > Import theme package?
