Ok, so the problem appears to be on one of my computers - the one with coffeecup - so now we need to try and solve that problem.

It would be nice if someone would answer - on hold for 17 min then it says goodbye (maybe this needs to be addressed).

I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with CC. Personally I have always had excellent service from them.
I have noted that you only posted today to complain and did not bother to post your problem. This is what this forum is for to help you solve your problem. If you would have taken the time to surf through this forum you may have found the solution to your problem.
Please post your problem if you are not to angry to do so.
There are a lot of people who work with VSD on Godaddy and who can help you find the solution to your problem.

You have never had to wait more then 24hours for a reply. If you look at the time date stamps of each email you will see we actually wait a long time for you to reply to us. Cesar Perez also replied to you again around 45 minutes ago. Unfortunately this is looking more and more like a local computer issue. If you provide Cesar with what he asked for, things may move a lot faster.
