I have the right connection and everything. I publish it then an error message comes up that says "an error has occured in uploading". Does anybody know what I can do to upload it?

Can anyone help me to figure out what setting for the FTP connection to Coffeecup site. I have not done FTP in some time. I just need a refresher on where to find all the data it is asking for.
