It asks if you want to "uninstall" during installation so you should be able to install over what you have.

The install will remove all prior versions when you install it.

The good news is that the FTP server data is retained so the new installation remembers all your site publishing info.

Well Scott, I'm afraid that I don't share your enthusiasm. Go to www.optimumbusinessservices.net and watch various colors flash in the background as my web pages load. This problem started the moment I upgraded to 6.0 and I don't know what to do. I have spent 100+ hours building the site and I have certainly experienced my share of bugs and lost work with the previous version. This pretty much is the straw that broke the camels back.

I have left the site up for your support people to look at it.

I just replied to your support ticket as well. Everything looks fine to me here.

This is from your "Specials" page...

<body >
<div id="background" style="position:absolute; top:0px; left:0px; z-index:0;">
<table style="height:660px; background-image: url('files/Page10_IMG_BCK.jpg'); background-color: #e08e1d;" width="960" border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0>

Note the BOLD text. This is where the stray color is coming in at. Each page is similar (same area, different color being called).

Hi Phil,

Where did that come from? From day 1, I've been using white background with a grey gradation. How do I resolve,remove the bold listed items on each page with HTML Editor?

Fortunately, I have not upgraded my tablet to 6.0 and I have a backup, albeit about 10 hours of work ago, and that code does not exist on my pages.

Thanks,
Amauri

If it were me, I'd just remove the bolded item from each page, yes. Or you could change it to an acceptable code color (for you) such as white #000000. Don't know where this would have come from. I haven't started playing with VSD just yet, although I did download this latest one. I'm trying to learn HTML/CSS from the start, mainly cause I have a class this semester so I figure I'd better start now.

Good luck.
