I am at my wits end - waiting 24 hrs to get a response that does not address my problem specifically, VERY SLOW responses, no real solution - DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE! We have set up a bunch of pages only to find that it cannot upload to godaddy - a vague but somewhat mainstream hosting site (ha). No such thing as help over the phone with coffee cup, now we'll have to address a refund ... I am SOOOO dissappointed at this point!

Ken,

Are you just going to complain or ask for help.

Scott has answered one of your other messages.

If you want to explain what your issues are, someone of us forum members may be able to help. OR, you could provide the information CoffeeCup is asking to receive.

I'm @ godaddy too but have no problems whatsoever with any of my CC software. (I own a bunch)

Maybe you missed some host settings? Did you contact godaddy already? Is your account already activated?

The options at the host are a bit tricky, not really user friendly and not always easy to find.

I see in your first post limited info to go on. Meaning: Did you get an error? What did it say? Can you preview your site in an external browser (IE)? Did you upload before to godaddy? Can you approach your host with another FTP utility?

If your question got lost in the multitude of other questions, please give it an one-time friendly "bump". It happens you know ;)

It's not reasonable to expect a customer support ticket to be answered in only 24 hours. Much, much larger companies than CoffeeCup often take days to respond, and then only to ask follow-on questions. Further, this forum is "staffed" by users (like you) who volunteer their time. If all you did was post here, and didn't bother to file a formal support ticket, then you have only yourself to blame.

If you did a simple forum search you'd discover several threads discussing GoDaddy and their unique connection requirements. I'll summarize: you're not comprehending the directions and consequently are going about it incorrectly. Why blame the software for your failure to follow instructions?

As has been stated above, there are numerous avenues for addressing your concerns. Griping and bad-mouthing software that's working fine if you use it correctly is not one of them.
