You might want to click on profile and change your forum name to something other than your email address. No need to make things too easy for the spammers.

Have you tried using a software magnifier?

I don't know what operating system you are using, but with Windows XP Pro, click on Start, and navigate to All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, then click on Magnifier.
