I am struggling along to re-create a new site. In the meantime I tried to up date my existing site -

I did, however once I want to upload the file ( that page only) I am getting an error message
"DNS look up: Invalid host name

Can u help pls?

Can you please provide a screen shot of your FTP settings? To do this simply push the print screen or "PrtSc" button on your computer to save the image on the screen to your clipboard, then paste into your graphics software and post in this forum. I could ask you a few questions to ascertain what your problem is, but seeing your settings would just be a lot easier and faster.

Although I can tell you the most likely scenerio is that your ftp host name is not typed in correctly. If you have a unique IP this could be a series of numbers, but most likely you are on shared hosting and should have http://ftp.yourdomain.com as the host name.
