Visual Designer themes - no use of em...

I noticed that VSD themes uses real fontsizes. Shouldn't it be better to use em notation?

Hi Scott,
There aren't errors or warnings but when a page is displayed in Explorer it's fontsize is fixed. Zoom in or out doesn't give the desired result.
