I had the trial of the VSD software and the Flash calendar. It all worked fine. Now I purchased the software and the calendar is html and I cannot get it to upload to VSD. I have read the instructions and followed each step exactly at least 15 times with no luck. I even tried creating a new website and calendar to see if there was a problem in the one I had from the trial version. No luck. The calendar looks fine when I do preview but wont work in VSD. My files look just like what they say they should in the instructions listed. Everytime I do the export and add with the HTML button and hit preview it states error, content not loaded. I tried to call coffee cup because I am even willing to pay $15 for phone help but no answer. My boss is losing patience. PLEASE any help would be great.

It sounds like you may have missed a step. Even one small step will cause the calendar not to work. Our offices are closed 12-1pm EST for lunch, so if you call now, we are definitely here!
