Is the original jpg exactly the size that it's being displayed at, no browser resizing at all? You said you had the original in a vector format, did you export it right into that exact size, no resizing in Photoshop (or similar) after you exported the bitmapped version?

Something else to consider, if all of this fails you, is version 6.0 of VSD is due to come out Any Time Now(tm). It has png support, and you could try exporting your logo as a 24-bit png (with alpha, even) and see whether that helped any. Beyond that, I'm at a loss. It still looks very good on my machine.

Thanks for the feedback
Here's how the logo looks on my home system.

I have uploaded a Logo onto the header of my website and it will not display as a sharp, clean image. I have saved it every which way imaginable, in every size imaginable. It just shows as a fuzzy, choppy pixelated image. The logo is cut from a Hi Resolution .eps file. I even had a professional create one for me and no matter what I upload, it turns out pixelated.
What am I doing wrong???
Look at the logo (top left of page) here: www.tamikarolinsurance.com
Thanks

This is due to the fact that the image isn't the same size as you are displaying in the page.
The actual image size is 228px × 135px, but you're telling the browser to scale the image down to 168px × 107px.
Some browsers will smooth the image as it is scaled, but IE 6 isn't one of them. It will create an ugly, jagged mess.
Glenn,
Something else just occurred to me, might bear thinking about: All of the beveled text in the banner graphics is being converted to images before uploading. That means search engines can't see any of it.
