I try uploading my site created from a template which came with my package (ver, 7) through the S-Drive publisher, and it always times out? When I go directly to coffeecup and sign in, I can change themes (about 6 different ones) which none are a part of my retail package and I really don't have a way to work on them.

Hi Charles, I think your talking about customizing your Stream. This is done on the Dashboard at CC. Sign in and click on the stream tab then click on customize theme then customize at the top then in the window that opens click on hardcore mode. This is where you will edit the CSS to alter your Stream.
