I'm using the 6.60 and so it changed the old name to v6_website and then when I was about to upload it asked something about 'did I want to delete some old unused files' so I hit the 'yes' button and then it uploaded but now there's only TEXT appearing and no more images or flash or nothing on my web site (www.tseatc.com) anymore.

So, what's up with that and how do I fix that?

Hi Tony,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. In Visual Site Designer, click on the arrow next to "Upload" and select "Re-Sync". This will update the site to look exactly like it looks in VSD.

OK, I did try that several times but its taking a long time to upload and then I'm getting the 'An error occurred while uploading' message.

Not sure what images you're not seeing, but I just loaded your site and the images "look" like they are there to me. Maybe try clearing out your browser cache and see if that helps?

I would sort out your message board dam quick, before you offend everyone in CC forum, and the rest of the world

OK I did just clear out my catch. Anyway, I can see images now but I don't know what happened to my 'flash' stuff which was on my main page and also don't know what happened to the menu bars that were also on my main page on the left side. It's all now gone and deleted now from the file on my computer now. Not sure why the upgrade to v6 seems to have done something weird.

Jewelcraft, are you sure you've got the right person??? I never use any 'F' words or any bad words here. Pls get your facts straight before accusing people of such nonsense.

I think he means on "your" message boards Anthony. I didn't look at them long enough as the links were misleading and I didn't know it was sending me to a message board on one of them, might want to clarify your top menu a bit. Other than that, dunno what the deal would be on the left menu bars.

You did hopefully keep a copy of your old .vnu file before you loaded it into the new version right? This way if you need to get support from CC you can give them the old file to look at and see what might have happened.

OH.. right. Jesus.. that message was only for those SPAMMERS who I'm so fed up with everyday trying to make accounts there. I need to try and fix that ASAP. Thanks!

SMF has a sweet plugin for Project Honeypot that works well to identify spammers that attempt to register on the forum. You should look into it. It works well.
