You can also reach it from the "Get Support" tab at the top of this page, then scroll down a bit to "Browse Support Articles by Product:" and click on Visual Site Designer"

And feel free to ask questions here also, many people use VSD and those of us that don't can usually fire it up and check something out to help too Most of the software here has some pretty good info in the Help area of the software too. Many include very nicely done PDF files that explain a lot of things.
