Just tried re-publishing and now its gone completely. I'm out of my pay grade with trouble-shooting and not so great for biz to have a downed-site. Hope there's some of you that have the knowledge to help please. Thanks!

I would open a support ticket for this, sounds like there's more needed than just a little help here

You can open a support ticket by doing the following:

Go to the top right of the website here
Click account then Your Support Room
Start support topic and ask the same question there.

Thanks, I agree...this problem just went from bad to worse since the site is completely gone now. White screen only now. Yea!

Were you adding some custom code or scripts in an HTML box before this happened?

Laurie, Do you still have the files for your site on your computer? If so, get a standalone FTP programme, CC has one for free, and navigate to your site to see if the site is there or not. If it is there, you maybe have lost the index page, but the rest is there, and in that case reupload the index page.

Or if everything is gone, or muddled up, make sure you clear out the space and then reupload the entire site. You may perhaps be able to use 'resync' from within the VSD in order to sort your problem. If not, use the standalone FTP prog.

You could also try viewing the site in your browser (without uploading, in order to see if you have broken anything or not. If you have, then go step by step backwards until the site is there again.

I'm not using VSD, so I can't give you any more specific help. But there are lots of users here who can.
