This upload issue is getting ridiculous

I'd be willing to bet that for every person posting here about VSD upload problems, there are probably twenty who have just given up, thinking they are doing something wrong.
The feedback from CC support has been sorely lacking in my opinion.
I'm into my second week now with virtually no website.
Not a big issue for me as mine is for personal use, I'd hate to think of the frustration that people who need a site for business are going through.
It's long past due that CC make some sort of announcement (there is a spot on these boards for that) regarding the state of progress in hunting the problems down.
Last Friday I had an email from CC requesting I sign-up with a service that will allow CC direct access to my home PC, not something I was thrilled about.
So I signed up and emailed CC my password for the program.
This a.m. I get an email from CC asking for my password, WTF???
So I sent it to them, again.
I don't know if the upload problem is getting thrown around the office to different tech support people, but I can never tell if somebody is adressing the problem or not.
I haven't lost faith in this company yet, but I'm getting close.

VSD
I totally agree! I get Error uploading... over and over and over and over. My website takes about ten minutes to upload when it is working. Today I dl'd the latest version of VSD hoping beyond hope that the issue was resolved. It's worse! I have been trying all day, about 15 attempts, to upload the changes to my site. No luck!

HELP!

I don't know what to do - we need the site for our business. I've spend hours creating it on VSD and now it's sitting in a file doing nothing. I am attempting to upload a basic page now to another webaddress to see if it was something I did with the first webpage - but from the posts on here I don't think so.
Struggling with the www folder - using 123-reg, anyone else out there using this ftp??

I've been looking at Xsite Pro 2, considerably more expensive than CC.
Oddly enough in reading the Xsite forums, they had similar problems due to the paths being written for the picture files.
If CC can't work this out in a timely manner I may have to "bight the bullet" and shell out for Xsite.

My latest upload attempt is hanging on a small .html file! It seems every time I try to upload I get the error on a different file each time.

I have two websites made with the program with hundreds of hours involved. They are now useless because I can't make changes, etc. due to the upload errors!

DAMN!

I have just attempted several uploads. I watched carefully and saw that the error occurs on a totally different file each time! From this I have determined the problem is not with the files but possibly somewhere else in the VSD program. This doesn't help any but maybe will let the tech folks know it's NOT THE FILES. It's something in the upload routine itself.

I have also noticed that it would upload certain files one time just fine and hang up on something else. The next attempt, however, it would hang up on files that went through fine on the previous upload attempt.

I'm losing my mind over this! I wish I had never downloaded the most recent version of VSD!

C'Mon you techies! There is something wrong.

Sailr, sounds as though you are having exactly the same issues as I am with inconsistent hang-ups.

So CC emailed me this a.m. and asked for my access code to LogMeIn, so they can see my computer remotely.
I sent it to them.
Yesterday they emailed and asked for my password for the same program, which I sent them.
I just logged off of LogMeIn after checking the access history to my computer, guess what...CC never tried access it after I provided the info.
This is beginning to stink like they're stalling for time.
If I don't see that they've logged onto my PC and are at least trying to fix this by tomorrow afternoon I'm going to change my access code to block them out and ask for my money back.
