Text Wraps or overlaps in Safari on...

I used VSD to rebuild my website. I love it. So easy. But I've noticed problems with text wrapping when it need not and objects not lining up correctly. Thw website is www.illinoisci.com. I'd love to know if there is an easy fix. I inserted a couple of html breaks to fix some problems.

It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I did follow those guidelines. My page is a bunch of different text boxes. All the text in each box is the same font. Pictures do not overlap, etc

Here's the thing. Safari on windows works fine. What I'm seeing is text wrapping needlessly on my iPad2. I assume the iPad would do the same.
