How in the world do you create a tab menu?

The tab menu that I am looking for is similar to the following two websites:

http://www.spinland.biz

I will settle for something like the following, but am looking to create the mouse over drop down...
http://www.potterybarn.com (I am looking for the drop downs)

Is there anyone that can help with this?

If you google it you can find some free menus.

Are you using VSD?

stupid question lol click on the image..... then click on the "Mouse over button" on the top hot bar, make it like you want, You can change the color and txt color after you click on create a mousover so that your tab will change color or whatever.... Link it too your next page and boda bing boda boom theres your tab.
