Hi CoffeeCup Developers,
Firstly, I would like to say how much I love your software. The things I can accomplish with so little effort are amazing.
Unfortunately I've been running into an issue with VSD half way through creating this:
http://www3.sympatico.ca/samnjoan/TributaryMain.html
I've managed to recreate the problem on 3 different OS's. Windows xp home 32bit, Windows Vista 64bit, and Windows 7 64bit. On all 3 platforms CSD.exe will consistently force a down with an error report when I use certain features in combination. For example I can make this happen is when editing a long sentence with the "Scriptonia" font on size 7 with advanced text enabled and a shadow effect in place.
Please try that and tell me I'm not crazy. I've done a ton of searching around and I'm following the recommendations for running CC Software on a 64bit OS to no avail.
I've made the Scriptonia font available for anyone to download on the website right above the "Menue" title.
Thanks for any help you can offer!
Daniel

I forgot to mention that I am using the full version 7. The problem also occurred in version 6 but not as consistently.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Hi Daniel
I was able to replicate that as well. I think the problem has to do with some of the Glyphs in that font. That is my best guess.
With the development staff off until the new year, I won't really be able to have any answer for you for a while. I will send you a personal e-mail when everyone gets back if this is something we can adjust in the software or if this font simply will not work.

I'm attempting to go back to version 6 but everything I have has been saved with version 7. Is there any way to go back?

Not if you did not make a backup of your website first before upgrading to version 7.
