Software will not install

I downloaded the software i purchased and it will not download. I've de bugged, did a system restore and everything i can think of. I don't believe its my system. It will go through the steps, agreement, shortcut setup, file path,, etc, but when its time to install it freezes up.

???

Have you tried to uninstall the program and then re-download it again. Sometimes, you can get a bad download.

And if that don't work, try turning off your security (firewall and virus scanning etc. completely off) temporarily and then install and see if it works. If so then it's because your security is blocking it.

I just did that, and it will not do it. Do you think it could be the website itself? Will I have to wait until I get the software on disk? Do you think it will even work then? I have a client expecting a website, and he urchased the software pack and everything. I will owe him a lot of money if this doesn't work.p

Hi Morg,

don't panic. The software definitely works...just a glitch there for some reason. Might be a good idea to put in a Support Ticket. On the top tool bar ... Get Support.


I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.
