Soft 404 error - Post ID 196318

I was checking my webmaster tools and have a link with a Soft 404 error (it just displays code). It is an old blog page from when I was using the blogger software, which I deleted from the site. Does anyone have a suggestion to get the 404 error page to show up? Is there specific code I need to put on the server?

Check the webmaster tools for the location of the link pointing to the page and delete the link from that page.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
