Disable your Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Anti-anything software!!! I know you already disabled your firewall, but I've had anti-virus/spyware programs also keep some of my CC softwares from working properly...

Thank You All for all your suggestions, GoDaddy ended up upgrading me to a 4GH linux server and all is well again.
Sometimes all we need is a different perspective.

I now see what Godaddy is doing. Change settings on server and charge people to upgrade to fix the problem.

No they did not charge for the upgrade, I have 4 other sites that are on the same hosting plan which they said I could migrate them over to the new plan at no charge. They did let it slip that they did change their security protocol. I will probably be looking for a new hosting provider in the next couple of weeks. as 3 of the sites will be coming up for renewal soon.

Did you all catch this article that Scott referenced concerning GoDaddy?
I think I might start calling them Go"away"Daddy.

Well, based on their commercials, I call them GoGo Daddy.
