My corporate system does this but that's powered by a Web CMS. I'm looking for something a little bit simpler...let's call it, object oriented programming. Point at an object for specific design elements and remember the reference. Every time you "publish" the system should re-evaluate the references and insert the current instance of each element. Conceptually it's not rocket science. It's probably just some interesting CSS or PHP programming required. (Too bad I don't know CSS and PHP. Nor do I want to learn to manage one web site.)

I'll probably get thrown off Coffee Cup for this but it looks like WS 5.0 has Master pages. Costs a little more than what I've bought so far but it's worth a look.
