I have been using this awesome software since yesterday and cant believe how easily I put my new website together.

I now need to remove my old website and load up my new one.

Do I just remove published website (even though it was not developed through coffeecup?) Then do I just upload the new website?

Advice would be appreciated!

I'd back up your "old site" before removing it (just in case, you know)...

Then, yes just access your server via FTP program and DELETE the old files.
Upload the new ones, and BAM! you should be good to go.
