Relative positioning of text and photos

The VSD editor is WYSIWYG, up to a point. But on viewing a web page in different browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari), and on changing font size with <control> + and -, the text, photos and graphics move differently. Photos and text that appear side-by-side in WSD can move so as to overlap or drift apart. It is not possible (to my knowledge) to place a photo on a web page, and a caption, and expect that the two will scale together.

Does anyone know how to fix the relative placement of text, photos, and graphics?

Can you post a link to the web page you're working on?

It sounds like a the photos and text are positioning themselves relative to an object that is changing. I could take a look at it for you if you have it online.

The web page is at http://www.mountainsingles.org/test4.html
In IE, Firefox, and Safari, shrinking and expanding the text and images with <control minus> and <control plus> produces an overlay of text and graphics at some scales, and not others
