PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the object box a choice to have pop up automatically, its eating up my time moving that dang thing all the time. That or PLEASE tell me how to go back to my old version.
Option would be to be able to drop and drag it and the toolbox at the top of the page just like the toolbox sets into the sides of the page now.
I do not enjoy working on my sites anymore, it takes up far to much time moving that box out of the way so I can see what Text or object I am working on.

The rounded corner feature (object properties) in the picture tool is now working in build 5.
When will you add back the old 'styles' to the new version? When I create a new page, I can no longer use the same 'style' for buttons, etc. to match the rest of the site! I can understand adding new styles to V6 but taking away styles? Doesn't make sense.
I have to agree about the old styles.. I added the old themes into the 'My Themes' folder.
C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer\Themes\My Themes
You have to get the .vns files out of the old theme folders and put them in the my themes folder and it will work, .. the only issue I'm having now is getting it to see the photos or graphics. It works if I manually put the images in my working folder...

Any response to this yet?
Seems there are fewer and fewer answers to questions we post. I hope this is not a sign that they are moving forward in the developement stages of this program fater than they are ready for. There are mistakes being made, then fixes sent out, like 6.5 to 6.6 to fix the glitch for not recognizing links, no one tells us about these updates with fixes, we have to remember to check, what seems like weekly for them ourselves, and hope that they fixed the problem we have found. I find out about them when I ask in my private question area, they do answer there quicker which is good, but users don't get to see the discussions individuals are having, which may or may not help them with their problems. Also hides how many problems people are having. I do like this program, but I am somewhat frustrated at times with some of the "improvements".
Wanda,
The questions asked here in the forums are generally answered by those of us members that use the programs. We frequently do know or can guess at the answers, but sometimes we just do not know the answer.
If you are having an issue that does not get an answer, it is possible that we just were not online or missed that message. You can post a reply asking if anyone has a response, and that will bring the message back were folks can easily find it.
You can also visit http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ and ask a question directly from CoffeeCup.

Thanks bill.
It appears we are being ignored!

Well according to Bill, this is just for us users to share info with each other, you have to post this type of question in the help area. My advice to the design team is make sure the version you have now works properly BEFORE you release it, then there are not so many small updates that we have to keep downloading. The program has taken off , and I think they are getting ahead of themselves on some of this.
Good luck getting your answers or results.
I wish they would create a toolbar type of access similar to that in software called Jasc, Paint shop pro 9, you can pick and choose what toolbars you use and where you want them, not like this dang box that pops up in front of your work they have now.
Oh well I guess we just have to suck it up!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
